    Taylor's Kitchen Summer Menu
    Beginning June 24th Taylor's Kitchen will be serving our Summer Menu. Chef John Masia has created a menu with some wonderful new dishes for summer.

    Mary’s Chickens Now Available in the Meat Department
    Mary’s Free-Range Chickens grow naturally with plenty of room to roam in a caring environment on sunny Fresno ranches. Every effort is made to treat their chickens as humanely as possible. Produced by Pitman Farms, a family owned business that has been raising poultry for three generations. Mary’s Chickens are Gluten Free, raised on a Vegetarian Diet, with No Preservatives, No Antibiotics, and Raised Without Added Hormones. Air Chilled Processed rather than the more commonly used method of placing the chickens in a communal bath of water. The air chilled method produces a better tasting chicken. With no water added, the air chilled method keeps the “real” chicken flavor and juices. No water is absorbed, so you get the natural flavor of chicken.

    Taylor’s Summer Open House
    Our Summer Open House will be held Monday, June 1st from 5 to 8 pm. We welcome everyone to come and enjoy an evening of fun, food and celebrating the arrival of summer. Taylor’s Vendors will be offering up some tremendous samples and as always will be here to answer your questions about their products.

    Mema’s aprons
    Taylor’s is proud to be offering Mema’s Aprons. Mema (Felicia and Lillian’s Grandmother) designs and sews her beautiful aprons at her home in Penryn. Aprons come in many colors and patterns each one is unique, no two are alike. You may also inquire about having one custom made. If you have any questions about the aprons please ask a member of our staff.

    Grant High School Salsa
    Taylor’s Market is now selling e.a.t. From the Garden Salsa. This fantastic salsa is produced by the students of Grant High School here in Sacramento. The students of Grant High's GEO program are involved in every aspect of the business. The students learn valuable hands on business knowledge. The staff of Taylor's highly endorses this program and the salsa. All profits from the salsa benefit the students directly. Available in Tradtional and Spicy Peach $4.49 per jar.

    Alexandre Kids Organic Eggs
    Alexandre Kids Organic Eggs from Pastured Poultry. Now available at Taylor's Market in our Dairy Department. The Alexandre Kids, raise baby chicks for five months until the become laying hens. The chickens enjoy a normal farm life roaming the pastures of an organic dairy. setting where they can produce the most nutritious organic eggs. Each brown egg is nest laid and hand gathered, nutrient dense, a whole food package of essential vitamins, minerals and proteins.

Mai Pham award winning chef of Lemon Grass Restaurant creates these easy to use, versatile delicious sauces in small batches.
