Made with black olives.  These smaller jars of sauce from Rustichella d’Abruzzo contain the perfect amount of sauce needed to dress a package of 500 gr (1.1 lb) Rustichella d’Abruzzo pasta as the Italians do: Italians like to eat pasta with sauce, not sauce with pasta! Thanks to the rough surface of the pasta, the sauce will adhere beautifully and will be enough to serve 4 people. You can either heat the sauce or toss in the pasta bowl with the pasta directly after straining it.  A great pasta deserves a great sauce.
