Seka Hills Olio Nuovo from the 2023 milling of their Arbequina olives is now available as a pre-order item. The harvest is expected in mid October with the olives delivered immediately to their Italian built state-of-the-art mill. Bottled directly after milling, Olio Nuovo celebrates the season and only a limited amount is bottled while most of the new harvest oils are “settled” for several weeks before bottling. Fresh, bright & bold, Olio Nuovo should be enjoyed within a few months after harvest.
